Job description

    • Led the sales team and devised effective strategies and action plans to achieve monthly sales targets.
    •         Selecting and developing a high-performing team of Sales Representatives.
    •        Ensuring secondary sales are in line with the set targets.
       

Skills

    •  Minimum 4-10 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in reputable FMCG Brands or the Food & Beverage Industry.
    •        Prior experience in the FMCG Brands or Food & Beverage Industry is essential

Education

    •      Bachelor's Degree in any field.
