Job description

     Coordinating with managers to identify staffing needs from the client.
     Determining selection criteria.
     Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional
    networks).
     Design and update job descriptions.
     Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
     Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
     Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person).
     Advertise job openings on the company’s website, social media, and professional sites.
     Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to clients.
     Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

Skills

     Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
     Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
     Experience with sourcing techniques.
     Solid verbal and written communication skills.
     Bachelor in Management.

Education

    Bachelors/Masters in Management Background
