RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Work directly with customers, vendors and internal teams during the discovery phase to identify
workflow requirements and determine how interfaces would fit into proposed solutions.
Work on multiple projects concurrently, monitor the status of tasks and escalate issues when
appropriate
Responsible for enabling and maintaining a high-quality process to integrate and verify product
functions
Responsible to facilitate the product development process through streamlining and automating
workflows, ensure that released features are safe and effective, and meet design and user
requirements.
Should upgrade and integrate new fields releases into third party systems interfacing with
customer environment.
Define delivery phases of the project including activities, sub-activities, and milestones ensuring
these are documented and used as the basis for the project event log, issues and risk log and
any subsequent reporting
Own the design, planning and execution of interoperability platform projects
Responsible for designing, building, installing, and configuring of product interfaces to meet
agreed rquirements.
Responsible for prioritize and implement project activities by following recommended
development framework.
Should bear full responsibility for implementation and delivery of assigned activities in planned
timeframe.
Builds project deliverables by converting all design elements to the technical solution. This
includes programs, screens, reports’ reusable components, interfaces, etc.
Work closely with relevant teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across
operations as part of the seamless implementation of existing and new systems
Need to document technical details and update those report to Manager on periodic basis.
Present technical overview and technical requirements to clients when planning
implementations and upgrades
Creates or assists in the creation of support documentation, including:
o Application Maintenance Manual
o User’s Manual
o Disaster Recovery Plan
Work along with partners to understand their product suite, and ensure proper implementation
of the require solution architecture
Need to act as a technical touchpoint with customers and assist with customer support issues
related to interfaces.
Provides regular development and implementation status to the reporting Manager.
