Job description

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to effectively penetrate the market and achieve sales targets.
    • Identify and prospect new business opportunities while nurturing and growing existing client relationships.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
    • Present and demonstrate Pantum printer products to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
    • Prepare sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals in a professional and timely manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and contribute to team success.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase Pantum printers and network with potential clients.

Skills

    • Proven track record of 3 years in sales, preferably in the technology or printing industry.
    • Strong understanding of printer products and their technical specifications.
    • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
    • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
    • Fluency in English and Nepali languages.

Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
