RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Preparation and maintenance of all accounting and financial reports as required.
Secure financial information by completing data base backups and storing appropriately.
Prepare monthly management reports to enable the effective financial management of
CAS resources in an accurate and timely manner in particular to develop and produce
reports that provides clear and relevant management and business planning
information.
Prepare quarterly financial monitoring reports which are concise but analytical and
informative enough to advise senior management of the financial position to enable
their decision making
Review and improve the financial reporting systems of the company taking account of
technological advances and changing business objectives.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
Ensure that the company’s financial activities are as accordance with legislation;
regulatory requirements, financial reporting standards, and taking prompt action to
effect any changes necessary to achieve compliance.
Maintain project costing for major contracts and timely respond to account inquiries of
pre-mentioned stakeholders.
Support with preparation and coordination of the audit process.

Accuracy in data and assured support and documentation.
Surety of monitored, managed, and controlled accounting system
Achieves assigned productivity, project completeness, and reporting on time.
Maintains good relations with entire stakeholders.
Coordinate and supports the department in carrying out the assigned responsibilities.
Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Management with major in Accounts or CAP II
Minimum 2 years experience in a trading concern in officer level
Should be able to handle accounts independently and deal with related parties (banks,
insurance companies, vendors, suppliers, government authority and auditors).
Good written & verbal communication skills in Nepali and English
Courteous & professional approach with the ability to deal effectively with management
& external Customers.
Should be an expert in using Tally ERP & MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Good knowledge of financial accounting practices and controls including book-keeping
Good knowledge of fiscal and local statutory accounting requirements
Should be able to finalize financial reports as per statutory and financial requirements and
Government Tax regulations
should be able to handle work pressure

Education
