Job description

    1. Office Management: Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment by overseeing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and coordinating office layout improvements.
    2. Document Management: Create, update, and maintain a variety of documents, reports, and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    3. Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages, and ensure timely and appropriate responses.
    4. Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, manage calendars, and ensure efficient use of time for executives and team members.
    5. Data Entry and Analysis: Enter data accurately into relevant systems, databases, or spreadsheets. Perform basic data analysis and prepare reports as needed.
    6. Vendor and Supplier Relations: Assist in the procurement process by liaising with vendors and suppliers, obtaining quotes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.


    • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment and software.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities effectively.
    • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement solutions proactively.
