Job description

    OPERATION:
    Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
    Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.
    Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.
    Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.
    Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
    Maintains a system for recording expenses and the use of petty cash.
    Performs other related duties as assigned.
    Payment follow uo to clients and collection.
    Maintains filing systems as assigned.
    ATTENDANCE:              
    Maintain attendance, prepare payroll sheet and manage salary disbursement to employees.
    TENDER:              
    Check out daily tender notice through the tender portal, government newspaper. (Specially on Sunday and Wednesday)
    Save the matching requirements, set deadlines and responsibilities.
    Reviewing contractual terms and conditions.
    Prepare bid bonds if required.
    Obtain feedback from purchasers when tenders are unsuccessful.
    CLIENT RELATION:            
    Cold call to different possible clients, prepare business proposal and submit.
    Arrange meeting whenever is required.

Skills

    • At least 1 year of experience in related filed/ specially in admin operation.
    • Should have good interpersonal skills.
    • Good reporting skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skill.
    • Candidate should have completed bachelors level or above.
    • Sound knowledge about excel, powerPoint and MS word.
